Sidney Crosby - Does this name ring a bell? For those who follow the NHL league, this name would be synonymous to Sachin Tendulkar of cricket.
Sidney Crosby is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. Crosby captains the Pittsburgh Penguins' team of the National Hockey League (NHL).

By his second season, Sidney Crosby led the NHL with 120 points (36 goals, 84 assists) and captured the Art Ross Trophy, becoming the youngest player and the only teenager to win a scoring title in any major North American sports league.

Sidney Crosby became the captain of the Pittsburgh Penguins team during the 2007-08 NHL season and led them to the Stanley Cup finals which they eventually lost. But, the following year 2008-09 season, Sidney Crosby led the Pittsburgh Penguins team to their third Stanley Cup victory in the year 2009.
